$3000 OBO ~ 7 bbl Brew House ~ Boil Kettle, Mash Tun, and Heat Exchanger

We just upgraded to a 10bbl system, so the ol’ 7bbl needs to leave the building ASAP! We’ve been using it for about 4 years for 5bbl and 7bbl batches, but the mash tun can hold enough malt for a really high gravity 7bbl batch.

300 gallon single wall stainless steel boil kettle with 44 jet natural gas burner. Lower third of the kettle is wrapped in manifold wrap for heat shielding. Weighs about 400 pounds. With fittings, the kettle is 44″ wide, 54″ deep, 78″ tall, and the 6″ exhaust pipe is 86″ tall and sticks out the back an additional 9″.

300 gallon single wall stainless steel Clawson tote mash tun. Closed cell insulation wrap for heat retention and protection. Round hole perforated stainless steel mash screen on stainless steel support frame. We use an on-demand heater for our brew water, so no HLT. It is on a forklift/pallet jack compatible base, and weights about 750 pounds with the manway door and false bottom assembly. 43″ wide, 46″ deep, 64″ tall at lifting hook attachments.

Heat exchanger comes on a custom stainless caddy to move around. We never ended up using it because we already had one in place that was big enough. Model number is BR0.22 and it weighs around 575 pounds, plus the weight of the caddy. Heat exchanger is 15.5″ wide, 28.5″ deep, 50″ tall. Caddy brings it to 20″ wide, 28.5″ deep, 56″ tall.
