We have used this pasteurizer for the past 7 years. It has been a great piece of equipment and is perfect for companies producing 20-100k gallons per year. To pasteurize we filled 3 macro bins with cans (works with bottles as well) loaded the 3 bins in to a large SS cage then lowered with a forklift in to a SS insulated tank. Please see specs below.
