Condensate Stack: Clamps to exhaust port on brew kettle.

Adjustable from 0-100%. The position is set by the touch screen. Having the ability to
adjust the valves position offers the ultimate in temperature control and repeatability.
Pumping System:
The brewing system consists of two pumps mounted on a channel frame and one mobile pump (cart on wheels).
Water Pump
High temperature pump for circulating the HLT wort to prevent temperature gradients. The pump is
also used for transferring water (liquor) to the mash tun for dough in phase.

the exit of the plate chiller for wort aeration and

Pro-refrigeration glycol units sized per your specific requirements. Glycol supply

Fermentation / Brite Tank Temperature Control
Module:
Fermentation module is a separate electrical enclosure that is mounted in the
fermentation area. This enclosure will communicate back to the main touch
screen to measure and control the temperature for up to eight or twelve tanks.
Ports for the thermo-couples and glycol solenoid valves are located on the
enclosure. The enclosure plugs into a standard 120V outlet. A network cable is
used to connect the module back to the main panel.
