TOTAL DIMENSIONS: 26” L x 26” D x 56” H ADD ON (+$500):A used mill (3 roller Monster Mill) with a hopper (39 lb capacity). Old drill included as motor. -System was purchased in May 2020, and was in use for 4 years. System is propane but probably easily convertible to natural gas The add on whirlpool makes it a 4 vessel: HLT, M/LT, BK, WP. It is made out of an additional boil kettle with its own stainless stand on casters. This allows for great turnaround on multiple brews and we would knock out 600-800L (5-7bbl) on a triple brew in 10-12 hours including cleaning (1.7 – 2.3 bbl / batch). Whirlpool screen and subsequent filter keep the heat exchanger free of hops/trub. The whirlpool screen can be reversed, hops added underneath (up to 1,000g), and weighted down with a large tri-clamp cap (to avoid floating) for the addition of a large whirlpool hop load. We did this on all IPAs. The other side of the screen still catches the remaining trub with hops trapped underneath. -Mash tun can be dumped if desired. -Easy step mashing and very clear worts with mash heating and recirculation. -Sabco has designed this system to be used with two heating elements to aid in the heating of the mash (in addition to the burner). Using these is possible, but you risk scorching the mash and they are a pain to clean. I have removed them from the chamber, but they are still wired to the system. They could very easily be put back into the chamber and used at the brewers own risk, or you could get crafty and potentially use them to help pre-heat hot liquor. The mash burner heats the mash just fine and does not scorch it with proper recirculation. -LOCAL PICKUP PREFERRED, BUT WILLING TO PALLETIZE AND SHIP LTL.
